Team Nova Scotia Flag Programs
Being on Team Nova Scotia Flag represents the pinnacle of what many young competitive athletes strive for! Currently, Team NS Flag is made up of five teams: Under 20 Female, Under 18 Male, Under 18 Female, Under 16 Male, and Under 16 Female. Like our athletes, we take great pride in our flag football teams. In 2016 the U18 Male team won the National Championship, and in 2018 Nova Scotia hosted the U18 Nationals and U16 Eastern Nationals.
