Team Nova Scotia Flag Programs
Being on Team Nova Scotia Flag represents the pinnacle of what many young competitive athletes strive for! Currently, Team NS Flag is made up of seven teams: Under 19 Male, Under 18 Male, Under 18 Female, Under 16 Male, Under 16 Female, Under 14 Male, and Under 14 Female. Like our athletes, we take great pride in our flag football teams. In 2025, 2024 and 2016 the U18 Male team won the National Championship. In, 2025 Nova Scotia’s U19 Male team also won the National Championship. In 2022, our U16 Female team won Gold at Nationals in PEI.
